Koukoura Villas are situated on the furthest point of the Koukoura peninsula, we are also 271 ft above sea level which means we have spectacular views of the Messinian Gulf , straight ahead you have Mount Taygetus,  or Taigetus (Greek: Ταΰγετος,Taugetos) is a mountain range It is the tallest mountain in the Peloponnese and second tallest in Greece, reaching 2,407 m (7,896 feet).
Taygetus is spectacular to look at and up till April-may it is has a snow cap on it which has to be seen to be believed, on our left you have Koroni castle and on our right we have views all the way down to the most south west point of the Peloponnese (Cape Akritas) also the magnificent Venetico island, truly a sense of king of the mountain can be felt, it's no wonder why our grandfather made us promise never to sell this land.
Below the property to the left is Bouka beach it is about an 8min walk and is only used by the locals of Koukoura, to the right of the property is Amoudi beach which is beautiful and during June to September is a turtle nesting ground, 8 min away is Memi beach which in said to be one of the best beaches in Greece.
Vasilitsi is the nearest village, about 5 mins. drive, and the picturesque town of Koroni which is regarded as one of the most beautiful towns in Greece is onlyis 15 mins by car, also the beautiful town of Finikounda is about 18min drive south, further south is Methoni & Pylos there you will find the best golf courses in Europe (Costanavarino) along with some of the best Resorts (Westin).
